Confirm
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing
We will process your order within 24-48 hours (while Some items will be shipped from overseas and it will take 2-5 business days to process your order. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
Customers within the United States and U.S. territories Including P.O. Boxes. All US Military bases, APO/FPO Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
You can also use the "Ships From" filter in each product category page to select specific warehouses.

We use, FedEx, UPS for orders coming from our overseas warehouse. And USPS for US orders from our US warehouse.
Note
Trendspop does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.
Delivery
You can track it in the user account on Trendspop. We will also e-mail you if there is an unsuccessful delivery.
Important Notice
1. Due to customs clearance times getting progressively longer, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Rate Shipping China Post times have been affected.
2. Processing time: To guarantee the quality of our products, Trendspop.com has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out. Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks on all products carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Customs Tax Duty
Normally customers will not be charged with any additional fees via regular mail. However, due to increasingly strict customs inspection, sometimes customers may have to pay the tariff. If there are any duties fees due to customs inspections any other fees you were charged, please keep the receipt of the payment contact our customer service.
Return & Refund Policy
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please follow these steps for returns:
Send to our customer service email( service@trendspop.com) and apply for refund. After agreeing to refund or exchange, we will provide the return address and relevant matters needing attention.
All the addresses on the website are not authorized return addresses. We will send the authorized U.S. return address to you after we agree to return or replace the goods. You need to return the original invoice of the order. Please note that any return charges will be paid by the customer.
Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Trendspop team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
Please allow Trendspop5 - 7 business daysfrom the day we receive the returned package to process.
