Return & Refund Policy

 

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

Note: All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Please follow these steps for returns:

  1. Send to our customer service email( service@trendspop.com) and apply for refund. After agreeing to refund or exchange, we will provide the return address and relevant matters needing attention.  
  2. All the addresses on the website are not authorized return addresses. We will send the authorized U.S. return address to you after we agree to return or replace the goods. You need to return the original invoice of the order.  Please note that any return charges will be paid by the customer.
  3. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the Trendspop team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
  4. Please allow Trendspop 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  5. Trendspop will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
